Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

International shipping is not offered at this time.

Delivery Methods & Estimated Times

Standard UK Shipping: 5–10 business days

Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather.

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Occasional promotions, including free shipping, will be clearly stated on the website.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Products may ship from UK or international centers depending on availability.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please provide accurate shipping details. Mamushy is not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges if an order is returned.
