This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on JLT GROUP Limited trading as Mamushy.

Returns Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

How to Request a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
